To this end, we utilize a medical management model in the claims process rather than the traditional approach of Employee Assistance Providers (EAP) or the financial management approach of the insurance companies. As a result, our corporate clients have experienced significant reductions in lost time durations. This focus also empowers the employer with a means to control their expenditures on the self insured programs while utilizing the insurance company for what they do best….manage the catastrophic financial loss.
